Registered Nurse (RN)
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." The role is part‑time, Saturdays 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors that supports residents’ daily life rhythm.
- Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
- Initiate and supervise plans of care as needed.
- Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and hold the team accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
- Current RN license in the state for which you are applying.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute, or sub‑acute care preferred.
- New graduates are welcome.
Pay range: $40–48 per hour depending on experience + $2–$3 shift differential.
Eligible full‑time positions (30+ hours/week) start with:
- 20 paid days off plus seven holidays
