Everwind Hospice seeks a PRN On-Call Hospice RN to provide after-hours nursing support to hospice patients and families. You will respond to urgent needs, manage symptoms, and coordinate care per the hospice plan of care.
Responsibilities include telephonic triage, urgent-visit decisions, documentation, and collaboration with physicians/NPs. Wyoming RN license and 1–2 years in hospice/home health preferred; valid driver's license required.
