Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom.

Responsible for lifting heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may be required to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums per hour range from $0.35 to $3.00, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
