HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician | $28.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm | overtime available

Position Overview:- Residential, commercial and light industrial HVAC Service
- Diagnostics, repair and routine maintenance on HVAC heating and cooling Systems
- Communication with customers about repair, replacement and upgrades
- Company paid training and dealer training to facilitate and promote professional and personal growth
- Carrier, Rinnai, PK, and other dealers equipment

- 2 + years of HVAC service experience
- Experience in residential / commercial and / or light industrial service
- Annual maintenance experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Possess tools needed
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School
