Normative Services Academy is an adolescent residential treatment for youth. For almost 30 years we have helped adolescents with emotional, social, and behavioral problems to become better equipped to reclaim their potential through experiential activities, education, and therapy.

Now hiring Youth Counselors II for the 2 pm - 10 pm shift with some morning shifts possible. The Youth Counselors job is to ensure a safe environment for the students and other employees through active supervision, relationship building and supporting established programs. Experience working with youth is approved but we will provide training and support for those without experience or those making a career change.

Position requirements:
Youth Counselor 2 1. High school diploma or G.E.D. with one year or more in a similar field or bachelor's degree
2. Minimum of 21 years of age due to state regulation
3. Must pass background screening and drug check
4. Must be capable of participating in physical activities and able to assist with physical holds of a student if necessary.

Starting wage for qualified candidate - $15.50 up to $17.00 per hour. Benefits medical insurance after 30 days!
