Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Administration Manager to support the organization's administrative operations, compliance activities, Board relations, and mission alignment efforts. This role serves as a key administrative partner to leadership and cross‑functional teams, ensuring accurate documentation, strong internal communication, vendor and contract coordination, and audit‑ready administrative processes. The Administration Manager plays an important role in strengthening operational efficiency, governance, and mission delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, scheduling, document control, internal communications, and digital filing systems
- Provide administrative support to leadership, special projects, and cross‑functional teams
- Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, materials, minutes, and follow‑up actions
- Serve as administrative liaison to Goodwill Industries International (GII), including reporting and surveys
- Maintain compliance calendars, audit‑ready documentation, and CARF‑required data and reports
- Track vendor contracts, renewals, and service agreements; support procurement and budget alignment
- Coordinate corporate events, trainings, recognition programs, and mission‑related activities
- Support HR, Payroll, Finance, and Mission Services with administrative data accuracy and secure documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Goodwill's values, safety standards, and policies
- High School diploma required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred - 5+ years of administrative or office management experience (nonprofit preferred)
- Experience with vendor coordination, contracts, or compliance support strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital filing systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Occasional evenings/weekends and travel to multiple locations
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
- Safety‑sensitive position requiring drug testing
