Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable part‑time Intern to support our agency with a mix of marketing, outreach, and day‑to‑day tasks. This role is a great fit for a high school or college student (or anyone looking for extra income) who enjoys staying active, working independently, and contributing to a team.

You’ll play an important role in helping us stay visible in the community while also assisting with lead follow‑up and basic office support.

• Run local errands and assist with general agency needs
• Distribute marketing materials (door hangers, drop‑offs at local businesses/apartments, etc.)
• Make outbound calls to leads and help update lead tracking sheets
• Assist with lead follow‑up and basic customer outreach
• Support the team with light administrative and organizational tasks
• Help maintain an organized and efficient workflow

• Reliable and able to manage responsibilities independently
• Comfortable being on the phone and speaking with people
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Willing to take direction and follow through on tasks
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Part‑time position (flexible hours)
• Hourly pay ($9.00 - $10.00 per hour)
