As an Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve customers’ lives.

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Compensation $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
