Role DescriptionAs Account Associate for State Farm Agent, you support daily operations and customer success, acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments to enhance customer relationships and promote relevant products.

Compensation $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Responsibilities- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
