Position OverviewWe are seeking skilled and motivated InP Engineers and Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the design, fabrication, and testing of InP‑based semiconductor devices. The ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience with III‑V semiconductor materials, photonics devices, and cleanroom processes, and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain equipment for InP wafer processing, device fabrication, and characterization.
- Perform process development, testing, and optimization for InP‑based devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to materials, devices, and process flow.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Document experiments, results, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
- Hands‑on experience with III‑V semiconductors, particularly Indium Phosphide.
- Familiarity with MOCVD, epitaxy, photolithography, etching, and metallization processes.
- Experience with device testing and characterization techniques (e.g., IV, CV, optical measurements).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field.
- Experience in semiconductor fabrication, photonics, or cleanroom environments.
- Proficiency in operating laboratory and process equipment.
- Ability to follow detailed technical procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of InP‑based lasers, modulators, and photonic integrated circuits.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Experience in a high‑volume manufacturing or R&D environment.
