Job Description
Support daily monitoring and inspection of critical ENG wafers at different stages of FAB process.
Support deviation/build request process in document control system.
Perform hands-on process development and experiment.
Support MES transactions like hold, release, and move-in/out transactions.
Education & Experience:
Minimum 2+ yrs. experience in the industry.
Associate or equivalent degree.
Skills:
Knowledge of general semiconductor wafer processing and engineering practices
In-depth knowledge of unit process
Knowledge of engineering statistics
Good written/oral communication skills
Fluency in MS Office suite as well as JMP or other statistics software
Familiarity with semiconductor wafer fab operations (Manufacturing Execution System, process, and quality control, change management etc.) in a high-volume manufacturing environment is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment
Class 100/1000 clean room
Physical Requirements:
Work in a class 100/1000 clean room for extended periods
Wear full cleanroom attire (smock, mask, etc.)
Work with and/or around chemicals (such as solids and acids)
Stand for up to 4 hours at a time
Lift up to 16-30 Pounds
Push/Pull up to 16-30 pounds
Sit for up to 4 hours at a time
Safety Requirements:
All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards.
