Coherent Corp. in Texas is seeking an experienced Semiconductor Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and maintain sputtering, evaporation, CVD, and RTA processes for metal and dielectric films.
You will establish robust process windows, transfer new processes into production, support yield improvements, and serve as the process owner for key equipment. Strong hands-on experience with thin-film metrology and SPC/DOE is required.
