Texas Instruments in Sherman seeks a PVD Process Development Engineer to own the development, integration, and qualification of PVD for the LBC
11 flows, enabling TI's ramp to high-volume manufacturing. The Epi processes you develop will run on every wafer at SMFAB.
You will drive PVD improvements through characterization, design of experiments, data analysis and simulation, and work with cross-functional teams to meet critical device parameters and deliver game-changing products.
