Texas Instruments is looking for an energetic engineer with a passion for hands‑on execution and process discipline. This position reports to the DAP (Diffusion, AMHS, and Photo) PE Section manager at SMFAB and provides the opportunity to drive real‑time, execution‑focused improvements across manufacturing operations. Our team is primarily responsible for keeping production flowing through sound decision‑making and proactive quality assurance. We are searching for a self‑directed, highly motivated engineer to join our team who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume fab environment.

• Support manufacturing operations through timely, data‑driven lot and equipment dispositions
• Support quality control processes and rapid‑response containment protocols to maintain tight process control
• Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality
• Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment‑related sources and communicate findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner
• Provide direct, on‑shift support to manufacturing operations to sustain output and resolve issues in real time
• Participate in data analysis and troubleshooting to resolve equipment and process issues quickly, minimizing production impact
