Meet MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and shrink reduction;
Greet and engage every guest, personalize service to their needs, offer samples, and recommend complementary products or services;
Conduct personalized makeup demonstrations, applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards;
Stay informed on promotions and marketing initiatives and inform guests accordingly;
Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experience while achieving MAC and store sales goals
