• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, grounds, and related fixed and portable equipment, minor construction, and equipment installation.
• Provides assistance to IT and safety departments of the hospital.
• Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes.
• Performs Other Job Duties As Needed And/or As Assigned.

• High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
• Four Years Of Hospital Maintenance Experience Is Preferred.
• Two years of hospital plant operations experience is preferred.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.

• De-escalation training is required within 30 days of hire.
