Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare team members
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management
• Maintain compliance with facility standards and state licensure requirements

• Active PT license in TX required to start the assignment
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• BLS/CPR certification
• Prior clinical experience preferred

• Mentorship program with Board-Certified Specialists
• PT-led recruitment: your recruiter is a licensed, actively practicing physical therapist
• Housing stipend provided
• Double-sided referral bonus: $600 per referral ($1,200 total) when both you and your referral complete a 13-week contract
