Exult Healthcare is hiring a licensed therapist for our outpatient clinics in McKinney and Sherman. Hybrid. At least four days a week in person at either clinic as scheduled:
McKinney at 4801 Medical Center Dr, McKinney, TX, or Sherman at 600 E Taylor St Suite 4001, Sherman, TX 75090. Friday is telehealth (TH). Remote-only will not work. Independent Texas license only. No associates. Medical director Dr. Deepika Bhargava.

• Billing, credentialing, and scheduling handled for you
• Hybrid schedule: 4+ days on site (McKinney or Sherman as scheduled), Friday telehealth
• $40 per patient for the first 20 clients in a week, $45 after that

• Individual, family, and group therapy
• Initial evaluations, treatment plans, and timely documentation
• Coordinate with psychiatry and other providers
• Safety planning and case management as needed
• See patients in clinic at least 4 days per week at either location as assigned;
  Friday telehealth

• Master's in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
• Independent Texas license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCDC (no associate licenses)
• 2+ years clinical experience preferred, not required
• Able to work in person at McKinney and/or Sherman at least 4 days per week;
  Friday telehealth; travel between clinics as scheduled
