This contract role embraces a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure promptly
• Experience with elementary-aged students in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting diverse student populations

• Deliver speech-language assessments, therapy, and consultations for a mostly elementary caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain detailed progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to support student growth
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet various learning styles and needs
• Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language services
