HRIS Specialist, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management
A dministers the activity relating to the company payroll, benefits and HRIS processing including developing, implementing , and monitoring (e.g., performing internal audit and control procedures to ensure that all wages and taxes are accurate ).
Acts as the company’s subject matter expert for payroll, benefits and HRIS administration.
Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes.
Performs other job duties as needed and/or as assigned.
QualificationsTwo (2) years of experience administering payroll, HRIS and benefits processes is preferred.
Strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including payroll, benefits, time & attendance and HRIS is required.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations is required.
Strong understanding of Human Resource processes and terminology, payroll and benefit processes and procedures, including eligibility and enrollment rules and benefit procedures is preferred.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.
