Work Schedule: Full time at 36 hours per week

Pay: Grade 9 - Starts at $25.52per hour plus 3% additional pay for bilingual incumbents

Reports to: Property Manager

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties
• Assist with preparation of vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning, painting,and repairs
• Respondto maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Purchase and transport supplies and materials needed to perform required maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Conduct regular inspections of units and common areas to identify and addressmaintenance issues
• Respondto after-hours emergency repairs
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in property maintenance or related field
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable vehicle
