Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the organization’s factory – Front End, Back End, Probe, TO – manufacturing processes.
Lead the Fab Operations Team To- Deliver integrated metrics and deliverables.
- Deploy the Oracle plan and utilize the workforce effectively to deliver product per the timing, cost, quality and performance specifications.
- Collaborate with process engineering, logistics, and R&M to ensure the effective and efficient meeting of factory goals.
- Select, coach and develop a team to ensure achievement of functional objectives while maintaining an open, positive environment.
- Create a work environment where open communications, positive employee relations, creativity, productivity and participation are encouraged and employees are respected, recognized and rewarded.
BS Degree or Equivalent combined experience and education.
10+ years minimum related experience.
- At least 10 years’ experience managing a factory workforce preferably in a semiconductor or related field.
- Must be familiar with performance management as it applies to a workforce and compressed shift structure and the supervisors and managers necessary for 7 X 24 operations.
- Ability to measure shift productivity, create capacity models, perform time studies, optimize equipment utilization, ensure accurate factory performance reporting and do long‑term capacity planning.
- Ability to work in a cross‑functional team with peers while seeing the overall factory performance as the communal goal.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written communication (proposals, analysis, reports) and verbal communication skills (listening, making presentations).
- Collaborate in a professional and respectful manner with coworkers, vendors, contractors, etc.
- Stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Lift up to 10 pounds.
- Push/Pull up to 10-20 pounds.
- Sit for up to 4 hours at a time.
All employees are required to attend scheduled training, follow the site EHS procedures and Corporate EHS standards. This includes the use of proper protective equipment (PPE) as required by the job responsibilities. Managers will ensure that all safety and environmental procedures are followed consistently. They will ensure that risk assessments are performed, proper training, work instructions, required PPE is available, and will monitor compliance.

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
