Blow Mold Machine Operator

12‑hour shift (C Shift) – 7:00PM to 7:30AM (night shift)

$23.00 / hour (base) + $1.35 shift premium.

Altium Packaging is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to operate blow‑mold, grinder, and trimmer machines, as well as conveyor systems; troubleshoot process problems; and perform minor maintenance to keep the production line running efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with corporate safety standards and applicable regulations.
• Set up and calibrate machines, including cleaning and adjustments.
• Operate blow‑mold machines (wheels, reciprocator, or shuttle).
• Perform audits, weight checks, and quality checks.
• Check output for machine‑related errors or defects.
• Keep records of approved and defective units and final products.
• Enter data into the SPC database for quality control.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on blow‑mold and support equipment.
• Repair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines.
• Maintain activity logs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a machine operator.
• 2+ years of blow‑mold machine operation preferred.
• Working knowledge of high‑speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Experience with machine maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Physical stamina and strength; able to stand for extended periods.

• Completion of Altium Machine Operator 1 training within 90days of hire.

• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands to grasp, handle, or feel.
