Full‑Time Production Associate (Elevator Operator I) – Sherman, TX

The role includes various production responsibilities, as follows:

• Utility Operators:
  Maintain and operate utility systems and equipment, ensuring sanitation and food safety compliance.
• Bulk Operators:
  Handle loading of bulk delivery vessels, performing sanitation duties to maintain food safety standards.
• Elevator Operators:
  Operate and maintain elevators or lifts, ensuring safe movement of raw materials throughout the facility.
• Warehouse Operators:
  Oversee warehouse operations and sanitation duties, including receiving, storing, organizing, forklift operation, and distribution.
• Pack Operators:
  Operate packing equipment, process and pack products with sanitation duties to maintain food safety compliance.

Must be able to ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day, climb ladders, step and extend, lift up to 50lbs, exert 20lbs of force, stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach at shoulder level and below. Perform tasks such as bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without accommodation. Work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise, using personal protective equipment.

Work in elevated areas (4ft. and above). Team members must be clean shaven for respiratory protection.
