Position Summary:

Pay rate : $17.50/hr
Shift 2:00 - 10:00 PM
Assist paint line performance by performing duties including hanging/removing parts and material from load bar; recording of pieces, hours and load bar information on computer.

Job Functions:

? Performs the carrying and lifting of parts to hang or unhang off the painting production line.
? Performs visual inspections of material prior to and after painting.
? Performs miscellaneous related assignments, such as masking, wrapping, touch-up painting, etc.
? Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently.
? Perform 5S & continuous improvement activities.
? Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

? High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
? Must be legally authorized to work in the Client States without company sponsorship
? No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX will be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

?

Experience with powder painting
? Experience in a production environment

Position Criteria:
? Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently (33-66%) and up to 75 lbs. occasionally by stooping, reaching, bending
? Ability to read blueprints and use simple measuring tools
? Ability to follow directions, work independently and close attention to detail
? Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product
? Ability to reach, grasp, bend and manipulate
? Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and up to 12 hours in a shift, as needed by the business
? Ability to stand for the duration of the shift (eight to twelve hours) and perform repetitious task
