Altium Packaging - 4201 South Highway 75 - Responsibilities:
Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems to produce bottles.;
Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to keep production lines running.;
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and safety policies; maintain clean and organized work area.;
Prepare daily production reports including rejects, regrinds, and line efficiencies.;
Assist with preventive maintenance and quality checks; escalate bottle abnormalities or defects as needed.
