• As a Cast House Operator Trainee, you will learn to safely operate equipment used in the production of aluminum billets, monitor casting processes, perform quality inspections, and support daily production goals.
• Work in a hot industrial environment, follow all safety procedures, and contribute as part of a team to produce high-quality aluminum products.

• Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a 12-hour night shift.
• Manufacturing or forklift experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
