Concrete Plant Batchman​/Dispatcher

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Concrete Plant Batchman/Dispatcher to oversee the daily production and delivery of ready-mix concrete. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring quality concrete production, efficient truck scheduling, and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

• Batch ready-mix concrete in accordance with mix designs and quality standards.
• Coordinate and dispatch delivery trucks to maximize efficiency and meet customer schedules.
• Monitor production to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with company specifications.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, contractors, and sales personnel regarding delivery schedules and job site needs.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and delivery records.
• Monitor raw material inventories and notify management of supply needs.
• Troubleshoot production or scheduling issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with plant personnel to maintain efficient daily operations.

• Previous experience as a concrete batchman, dispatcher, or ready-mix plant operator required

• Knowledge of ready-mix concrete production, mix designs, and batching software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically Monday-Friday schedule but must be willing and available to work Saturdays and early mornings.
