Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year.

- Champion a Zero Incident Safety Culture and ensure compliance with all safety policies and practices.
- Lead daily operations for your area, including team performance, safety, and 5S+ standards.
- Train, coach, and develop operators, providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
- Foster strong employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of labor agreements and company policies.
- Track and manage attendance, performance, and departmental records.
- Quickly identify and escalation process or equipment issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage staffing needs, including overtime scheduling to meet production goals.
- Facilitate daily team huddles focused on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and inventory.
- Drive accountability for production targets, ensuring team leaders understand and execute their roles.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and achieve plant objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement by reinforcing standardized work, implementing solutions, and empowering team members.
- Support a safe, inclusive, and high-performing culture, including proper PPE use and workplace organization.
Required (Basic)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution OR Associate Degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years manufacturing/operations experience OR High School Diploma/GED from and accredited institution with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- SAP experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
