Machine Operator - Nights

12‑hour shift, C Shift 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night rotating shift)

$23.00/hr base pay + $1.35 shift premium.

Machine Operator responsible for operating blow mold, grinder, trimmer machines and conveyor system. Troubleshoots process problems, performs minor maintenance, and ensures smooth operation of the production line. Teamwork and collaboration with coworkers are essential.

• Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and applicable laws.
• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning) to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings, such as speed.
• Operate blow-mold machines (including wheels, reciprocator, or shuttle machines).
• Perform audits, weigh and conduct quality checks.
• Check output for machine‑related mistakes or flaws.
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
• Enter data into SPC database for quality control.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance, minor repair on blow mold & support equipment.
• Repair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines.
• Maintain activity logs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience as a machine operator.
• 2+ years’ blow mold machine operation preferred.
• Working knowledge of high‑speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Machine maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Availability to work overtime.
• Physical stamina and strength; able to stand for long periods.

• Completion of Altium Machine Operator 1 training within 90 days of hire.

Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

Standing, walking, grasping, handling, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving up to 50 pounds.

Working around moving mechanical parts; noise level typically loud; temperature fluctuations between hot and cold. Personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
