West Sherman Baptist Church is seeking a pastor committed to biblical authority and the inerrancy of Scripture. The candidate will lead the church as a text-driven expositor, guiding members through transformation by God’s Word with relational leadership and firm conviction.
The pastor will oversee staff with a team-based approach, engage prospective and current members, and promote church ministries while maintaining Sunday School and regular services. Seminary is preferred but not required.
