The role involves supervising staff across the facility, performing direct patient care when necessary, and ensuring hospital operations run smoothly. Applicants must have a valid RN License in Texas, with a minimum of 2 years in acute care, critical care, or emergency nursing experience.

Training on workplace violence prevention is also required.
