Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.

• Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment; process member purchases and assist in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Provide Pharmacy products and services to Members in accordance with Company policies and procedures: assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stock and secure Pharmacy supplies and merchandise, enter prescription information or file prescriptions, and complete required paperwork and forms.
• Receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area; organize and maintain the Pharmacy area by following Company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing necessary paperwork logs.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information.
• Determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; adapt to and learn from change, difficulties and feedback.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy.

• Hourly wage range: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour (the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).
• Additional compensation: premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
