- Be an Owner: Drives performance of the area; manages inventory; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; and assists customers with company policies.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and the club; models high quality service; and exhibits energy, commitment, and passion.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers and customers; identifies priorities; and recommends improvement opportunities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Will successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
