Freezer, Cooler & Deli Stocker Associate – Sherman, TX

Our members love shopping for fresh food at Sam’s Club. As a freezer, cooler, and deli stocker you will keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and provide front‑line customer service in the deli department.

• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members.
• Keep shelves clean, control temperature, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
• Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Handle claims, returns, and merchandise labeling in the freezer/cooler/deli area.
• Assist members with locating merchandise and purchasing decisions.
• Follow food handling policies, cryogenic equipment repair, and cold‑chain procedures.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with stocking and customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing work scenarios.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards for frozen and refrigerated products.

• Experience working in a merchandising environment.
• Knowledge of forklift operation and safety.
• Previous work with cold‑chain inventory.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00*.

* Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
