• Product search – using search engines, social media, or other digital platforms, research products and companies that could use Royal Case Company as supplier.
• Company and contacts search – find decision makers within target companies and their contact information for the sales team to use for out‑reach efforts.
• Internal communication – work with the sales team by providing all necessary information, adjusting to feedback, and setting follow‑up schedules for sales contact.

• Knowledge of CRM and customer database management tools a plus.
• Skilled online researcher who can think out of the box to find information.
• Team player with strong communication skills across varying backgrounds.
• Can handle rejection or feedback with confidence and positivity.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Goal‑oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Pay:
  Hourly, $16 to $18 depending on experience.

• Ability to sit, stand and utilize a computer for extended periods of time.
• Communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 25 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Physically navigate stairs and manufacturing environments during normal work hours and events with or without accommodation.
