Sales Coordinator

Contract Lumber is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our wholesale building materials operations in Texas. In this role, you'll process quotes and orders, coordinate deliveries, and serve as a key link between sales reps, customers, and operations teams. You'll maintain accurate pricing, inventory, and job information while tracking shipments and resolving order issues. Working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, you'll support home builder and contractor accounts, prepare reports, and help ensure safe, on-time, and accurate delivery of lumber and framing packages across the region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary internal contact for sales reps and customers
• Process quotes, bids, and sales orders accurately and on time
• Coordinate delivery schedules with operations and logistics teams
• Maintain up-to-date product, pricing, and inventory information
• Track order status and resolve shipping or fulfillment issues
• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM and order records
• Support account managers with customer communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with field and yard teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
• Assist with jobsite documentation, change orders, and corrections
• Uphold safety, quality, and customer service standards
