THE MONEY
* Base pay:
Hourly while you ramp up
* Commission: 18% once you hit your revenue threshold

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems McKinney to Sherman
* Present flat-rate options on every job - customers always get choices
* Educate homeowners on panel upgrades, EV chargers, and surge protection
* Maintain a clean, stocked van and professional job site
* Document every job with photos and dispatch system notes
WHAT WE PROVIDE

REQUIREMENTS
* 3-4+ years residential electrical experience
* Texas Journeyman or Wireman license (or actively working toward it)
