** Job Overview:
** Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Laborer to assist with various construction and maintenance tasks in Sherman, Texas. This role involves performing physical labor to support pipeline and energy infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches, lifting and carrying materials, and operating hand tools.
Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., pipe fitters, welders, equipment operators) by providing support and fetching tools/materials.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris, organizing tools, and adhering to all safety protocols.
Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
Assist with the setup and teardown of construction sites.
Operate small power tools and equipment as directed, such as grinders, drills, and compactors.
Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen diligently.
Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.

Job Qualifications:

Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
Prior experience in construction or industrial settings preferred but not required.
Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Valid driver's license preferred.
