** Job Overview:
** Job Summary      Primoris Energy Services is seeking skilled Craft Professionals to join our team in Sherman, Texas. This role involves performing various construction and maintenance tasks on energy-related projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Job Responsibilities
Execute assigned construction and maintenance tasks according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Perform welding, fitting, pipe fitting, electrical, or other specialized craft work as required by the project.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as OSHA regulations.
Inspect work for quality and compliance with project standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other craft professionals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to immediate supervision.
Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Proven experience in a relevant craft (e.g., welder, pipefitter, electrician, millwright) within the construction or energy industry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Proficiency in operating hand and power tools safely.
Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures in a construction environment.
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Sherman, Texas.
Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., welding certifications) are a plus.
