Maintenance Technician

Myan Management Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support its multifamily apartment communities in the Dallas area. This on-site role handles service requests, unit turns, and preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems. You will ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained homes and common areas while delivering professional, resident-focused service. Expect collaboration with property staff, participation in an on-call rotation, adherence to safety standards, and opportunities to grow within a professional, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests, repairs, and unit turns for apartment homes and common areas.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and appliances.
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues safely and efficiently.
• Ensure grounds, amenities, and common areas are clean, safe, and properly functioning.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts used, and follow-up actions.
• Support emergency on-call rotation and respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs.
• Inspect vacated units, identify needed repairs, and prepare them for new move-ins on schedule.
• Follow safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
• Communicate professionally with residents and team members, providing resident-focused service.
• Collaborate with property management and vendors to complete larger repair projects.
