Job Summary

The Electrical Helper assists electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and project specifications. This role provides an entry-level opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the electrical trade within a dynamic energy services environment.

• Assist electricians in pulling wire, conduit, and cables through walls, ceilings, and floors.
• Prepare and clean work sites, including gathering tools and materials.
• Operate hand and power tools under direct supervision.
• Dig trenches and holes for electrical wiring and conduit.
• Install and connect electrical fixtures, outlets, and switches as directed.
• Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, making connections, and labeling components.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Learn and understand basic electrical codes and practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a construction or industrial setting is a plus.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
• Must possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
