- Deliver high-quality service experiences by clearly explaining technical issues and providing transparent timelines for resolution.
- Conduct proactive system evaluations to identify potential failures before they disrupt household operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service history, component replacement, and client interactions to ensure long‑term equipment reliability.
- Continuously refine your technical skillset by staying current with emerging appliance technologies and advanced diagnostic methodologies.
- Uphold rigorous safety standards and maintain a professional, organized workspace during every service visit.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated professional experience in appliance diagnostics and repair.
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities with a focus on root‑cause analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
