School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Sherman, Texas

Make a difference in the lives of students by providing speech-language services for the upcoming school year! Multiple positions are available for qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or CFY), ready for interviews and offers beginning mid to late June. This is a contract opportunity working within an educational setting near Sherman, TX. You’ll have the chance to impact young learners’ communication skills, collaborate with dedicated staff, and work with a diverse caseload.

• Valid SLP-CCC license or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing environments
• Enthusiastic about supporting students’ academic and social success

• Complete evaluations, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and deliver therapy to students with speech and language needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to school and state guidelines
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure coordinated student support
• Participate in IEP meetings as a knowledgeable resource for speech and language services
• Provide direct and consultative services across a variety of age groups and disability types
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that helps students reach their potential
