SUD Program Texoma Community Center - Sherman, TX

Provides supportive services throughout the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programs at Texoma Community Center (TCC). Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards. Supports program staff with ad hoc administrative reporting and creative tasks. Answers phones, greets clients, and helps direct and connect individuals with the correct services or provider. Reviews and responds to e-mails and calls including information requests, referrals, etc.

while maintaining confidentiality and cybersecurity requirements. Maintains annual reporting logs required by Contractors. Monitors and secures program supplies. Serves on committees as applicable and is representative for facility in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of TCC. Assist consumers with linking to appropriate internal and external services and navigating systems essential to recovery and growth. Operating motor vehicles used to transport passengers, cargo, mail and performing vehicle maintenance.

Other duties as assigned. This position may require availability for working evening hours and limited hours on some Saturdays based on program schedule. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center.
