Local UDS Driver - Sherman, TX
About the Role- Deliver products to small retailers on a set route.
- Manually unload trucks using a hand dolly, build rapport with customers, and stock shelves and coolers as requested.
- No previous experience required; hands‑on training provided upon hire.
- Monday through Friday
- 4:00 a.m. until route is finished
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Local routes
We are looking for a self‑motivated, customer‑service oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. You prefer to be off the truck instead of sitting behind the wheel, enjoy interacting with people, stay active, and are excited to spend the majority of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

- Pay: $29.26 per hour. After the first 6‑month anniversary, the rate increases to $30.84 per hour.
- Benefits (subject to eligibility):

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL
A). - Ability to maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File.
