Maintenance Position: Trailer Mechanic

Caron Transportation Systems is hiring a Trailer Mechanic with B620 experience for our morning shifts in Sherwood Park. Be part of a team recognized for safety and service excellence.

We are looking for a Trailer Mechanic with a passion for maintenance and repair. In this role, you will ensure our trailers are safe and compliant by effectively diagnosing, repairing, and inspecting systems. Join us from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and guide apprentices as you showcase your expertise in handling complex trailer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled testing of highway tanks following CSA B620

• Maintain and troubleshoot trailer tank systems effectively

• Understand work orders, task procedures, and technical documents

• Write work orders and efficiently diagnose failure causes

• Mentor apprentices throughout their training

Requirements:

• Journeyman Trailer Mechanic with 2+ years of experience

• CVIP License considered beneficial

• Solid problem-solving and repair abilities

• Licensed for inspections if applicable

• Commitment to regulatory compliance
