Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces accurately

• Read blueprints to determine specifications

• Prepare flooring plans and schedules accordingly

• Measure, cut, and install hardwood floors

• Conduct moisture and temperature tests before installations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in flooring

• High school graduation certificate required

• Ability to travel frequently

• Physically capable of handling heavy loads

• Strong client focus and coordination skills
