This in-office position is based out of our Head Office in Sherwood Park. The Sales Analyst reports directly to the Sales Manager. This role is responsible for supporting and assisting the Sales Department by providing analytical, data management, and administrative support. This collaborative role connects internal and external stakeholders, ensures the sales team operates efficiently, and assists in strategic decision making through building and interpreting reports.

- Utilize relevant software to create detailed analysis and sales reports
- Analyze and interpret reports; provide management with information related to rates, business processes, utilization, efficiency, revenue, and areas for growth
- Set and measure KPIs related to customer and contract management
- Monitor customer pricing and strategically flag rates for review and adjustment
- Participate in systematic rate updates and reviews, adjusting as applicable
- Organize the communication of pricing to customers and internal stakeholders
- Update internal & external stakeholders of monthly/weekly fuel surcharges
- Monitor and maintain contracts, move forward with extension, close-out, or renewal of contracts
- Ensure contract details align with corporate guidelines, policies, objectives, and goals
- Prepare & submit customer proposals and supporting documents for new and existing customers.
- Recommend improvements to existing company contract policies to ensure compliance and reduce any potential risks.
- Monitor commitments made to customers
- Develop & maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
- Manage customer interactions and communications, review customer service requests
- Develop and maintain procedures to support customer driven processes
- Participate in customer dispute resolution process
- Develop and prepare customer KPI reports
- Coordinate carrier approval & onboarding requests; provide updated compliance documentation as required
- Recommend improvements to existing policies & procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks
- Communicate compliance requirements with internal stakeholders
- Request, manage, and store Certificates of Insurance; coordinate insurance renewals between all Caron partners
