Position: Associate Admin Assistant (Paraplanning)

Are you detail-oriented and committed to providing high-quality support to paraplanners? Can you confidently manage annual advice agreements, maintain accurate client records, review service requirements, and build strong relationships with the team and key stakeholders?

If your answer is yes, then WE WANT YOU! We are looking for a proactive Associate Admin Assistant (Paraplanning) to join the Turnkey Shared Services (TSS) division and assist the team with administrative tasks, preparation of relevant documents, and stakeholder liaison. The successful candidate must have experience with financial planning software, such as Xplan and Salesforce.

Associate Admin Assistant (Paraplanning), Your Duties And Responsibilities Include
  • Preparation of annual advice agreements, fee forms, invoices and review packs
  • Implementation and termination of annual advice agreements and associated fees
  • Complete assessments to determine if service obligations have been met
  • Ensuring systems are updated diligently and accurately with client data
  • Taking ownership of tasks through completion
  • Deliver expected results within pre-determined SLAs
  • Interpret and analyse reports
  • Identify and assist in mitigating risk
  • Work in line with the client’s culture and adhere to the client’s expected standards of behaviour, which include:

  • Additional ad hoc tasks as required by the client and the team.
Qualifications
  • Must have a degree in Financial Management/Planning, Business, Banking and Finance and Economics or any equivalent program.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a Financial Services environment.
  • A Diploma of Financial Services (DFS) is desirable but not essential.
  • Must have an advanced understanding of Word and Excel Software.
  • Must have experience with financial planning software, including Xplan and Salesforce.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with paraplanners, both verbally and in written form.
  • Has strong financial and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills required to liaise with relevant stakeholders, including Financial Advisers and Client Relationship Managers.
  • Has problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively within a team environment, while also managing responsibilities independently.
  • Must be accountable, proactive, reliable, resilient, and helpful.
  • Must be willing to learn and be trained.
  • Willing to be assigned to Clark.
